Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
All orders received by 3pm will be shipped the same day (Monday - Friday excluding UK bank holidays). Orders received after 3pm or during non-working hours will be shipped the next working day.
UK Orders:
Next Day Service:
Orders will be shipped either via Royal Mail or by Parcel Force 24. Ana Wiz Ltd will not be held responsible for any delay arising from Royal Mail or Parcel Force, and in all circumstances the maximum compensation provided by Ana Wiz will not exceed the total shipping costs paid.
Standard Delivery:
Orders will be shipped by Royal Mail or by Parcel Force 48. Delivery times approximately 2-4 days.
International Orders:
Orders will be shipped by Parcel Force International.
Estimated delivery times:
Europe: 2 - 4 Days.
Worldwide: 5 -7 Days.
Courier Service:
Large orders (£300+) or by special arrangement may be sent via UPS courier standard service.

Delivery Schedule
All orders are despatched with 1 working day. All orders received by 3 p.m. on a working day will be dispatched that day.
UK Orders:

Europe: 2 - 4 Days.
Worldwide: 5 -7 Days.
Please note that we are unable to consider items lost until 21 days following order. (Royal Mail Terms).
Courier Service:
Large orders (£300+) or by special arrangement will be sent via UPS courier standard service.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
Cancellation: In compliance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order with us. However, you must exercise your right within seven working days of receiving the goods and you must inform us in writing of your wish to cancel the order - either by email, post or fax. The goods must be returned to us at your expense by registered post or courier within seven days of the notice to cancel. The goods must be returned in original packaging and in resaleable condition (unused). We reserve the right to have the goods checked by a technician prior to replacement or refund.
Faulty Goods: If your goods become faulty within thirty days after delivery, we will offer you either a replacement or a full refund. However, we will first require that you return the faulty item to us in its original packing by recorded delivery or courier. After thirty days if the goods develop a fault (unless due to misuse, unauthorised repair or accidental damage), we will arrange to have it repaired, if this is not possible we will provide a replacement and if that is not possible, we will give a full refund.
